Decorations, signs, etc.

No items may be stapled, nailed, screwed, taped, etc., to the walls, floor or ceiling. 1 powerplug will be available for each booth.

A number of sponsor opportunities are available for companies looking to meet new customers and reinforce existing relationships. An exhibit booth provides your company with real presence at the symposium and greatly facilitates networking.

Please note that only delegates and exhibitors signed up for the symposium will be permitted access to the venue.

The price for the Exhibit booths in the foyer area is 200 Euro per m² and the price in the pavillion is 150 Euro per m². The two segments in the pavillion area is 2,5 x 15 meters and the area can be booked both in full or in segments of minimum 3 meters.

All exhibiting companies get:
Exhibition space to do real business, the oportunity to be the front runner to approach potential customers and decision makers as well as their logo on the symposium website.

The organizing committee reserves all rights to re-arrange the exhibition area if necessary and takes no responsibility for any inconvenience this may cause.

Setup and breakdown of exhibition

Delivery of Exhibition Material is possible from Monday 23 May 1200. Material will be placed at the pre-organized stand area. We recommend that you ensure all material is covered as neither LIFE or Scand-las will be responsible for loss or damage. The exhibition area is public open area until exhibition start.

Setting up of the stands can occur from Tuesday 12:00.

The exhibition will open together with Scand-LAS Wednesday 1300

Breakdown of the stand is possible from Friday 1530 and will continue on Saturday from 09:00-13:00 (The Galla dinner will start Friday at 18:00)

Pickup of equipment/material must occur by latest 12:00 Monday following the closing of Scand-LAS.

Any equipment/material not picked up Saturday will be your own responsibility. You can store your packed equipment at the stand until ready to pick up

1. Gala Dinner music - sponsored by Tapvei Estonia OÜ
An entertainment program is put together for the Galla Dinner Friday evening.
As a sponsor, you will:

Be credited in the official program on the list of official sponsors
Mentioned in the chairman’s speech at the dinner
Have your logo featured on sponsor signage at the conference center

2. Session Sponsors - sponsored by Taconic Europe A/S, Novo Nordisk A/S, Scandinavian Journal of Laboratory Animal Science
You have the opportunity to sponsor a full scientific session at the conference center. Your sponsorship is an important contribution as it ensures the availability of the best available speakers. This is a key issue in our continued efforts to present the best international capacities to our members, and ensure a high number of attendees at the annual meetings. There are several sessions to chose from. Please contact meeting chairman Lars Friis Mikkelsen for further information about the sessions.
As a sponsor, you will:

3. Band at exhibitioners evening - sponsored by The Microbiology Laboratories
The band “Lowland Traveler” is a classic country/rock inspired band with unique self-made material. The band features lead guitarist Axel Kornerup Hansen (yes, the chairman for the scientific sessions). At the bands website you can find several of their songs if you click on “Musik” in the left menu. The band will
kick-start what we hope to be the best exhibitor evening party ever at Scand-LAS.
